Editorial Review from Album Description:
Explicit Version. Joseph Wayne McVey better known by his stage name Z-Ro, is a Rapper from Houston, Texas and he is known for his "up-from-nothing" rise to fame, flexibility in rhyme and extensive collaboration with other rap artists and musicians. Z-Ro's popularity has increased rapidly, as he has been featured on Ugk's singles "Trill Niggas Don't Die", Bun B's single "Draped Up" with Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Chamillionaire, Mike Jones, Lil Flip,Lil Keke, and Aztek Escobar and also on Chamillionaire's "Won't Let You Down" featuring a plethora of Houston-based rappers. Before being incarcerated prior to the release of I'm Still Livin', Z-Ro stated in an interview that the album would be his last. This statement was later retracted after the 2007 release of his mixtape Power. Z-Ro says he gave it that name because of 2 reasons; all the hard work he put into the album and because he was addicted to working on it.

Another good album from Z-Ro, 2008-09-26
Z-Ro returns with yet another album to add to his long catalog. He has a slew of solo albums and a few group albums; this is the 8th solo album of his I have as well as his album with Lil flip and one A.B.N. album. Of all of those they all get at least 4 stars, with about half getting 4.5 or 5 stars. He is one of the most consistent rappers out, and one of the most consistent that I have ever heard and I have around 900 hip-hop albums. On this one you get 15 songs, you get 4 songs that are ok, and the other 11 are good, a few being real good. Guests rap on 4 songs and do the hook on 1 more so you get a lot of Ro on here. Production is nice as well and handled mostly by Z-Ro himself, as he does 8 of the 15 songs. Mr. Lee does 3 songs, Bigg Tyme, Cory Mo, J Moses and Tone Capone all do a1 song. A nice album to have form one of the top rappers in the game.
