What the Hell happened to these guys? br /Go listen to Janes' Addiction, Deconstruction, Trust No br /One, or One Hot Minute to hear how great Dave Navarro (and Stephen Perkins) can be. br /The Panic Channel needs to quickly be forgotten.

***** Very Creative, 2007-06-02
Very creative. Think Exies, "Inertia" as a comparison. Too many artists today rely on production and dont put enough effort into the song writing itself. Several very creative writing efforts here. This CD is definitely worth a listen.

***** WOW., 2007-03-12
The first time I heard of The Panic Channel was way back when Rock Star; INXS was on television. Didn't pay much attention to them. I just knew they existed. THEN Rock Star: Supernova came on televsion, and I was a fan of Lukas Rossi's from the beginning when he performed Billy Idol's "Rebel Yell." When he won, I was determined to sit front and center for a concert. Of course, I knew Dave's band would be there. But I didn't think much of it. I just thought Dave was hot and that it'd be a plus. WOO, BOY HOWDY WAS I RIGHT. It was much more than a plus, it was ALMOST the highlight of the entire concert (if I wasn't such a fan of Lukas and Co.). I bought this album a few days after the concert, and I LOVE THE WHOLE THING. Track 3, BLOODY MARY, is one of my favorites, and TEAHOUSE OF THE SPIRITS is friggin' awesome. Track 13 is simply beautiful, as is 12, LIE NEXT TO ME. br / br /It also helps tremendously that Steve Issacs, the lead singer, has kickass hair and looks like Brandon Lee in certain lights, and has an AMAZING voice. Wow. Bravo, Dave. Bravo.

***** Best Iraq War Protest Song -- AWAKE, 2007-02-19
This whole album is great. It harkens back to the grunge era, and you will recognize influences from all the major bands of that time. In that respect it is almost nostalgic. I highly recommend the CD, and especially because of the rage that is felt in the protest song called AWAKE, which is # 5 on the album. OUTSIDER is another great tune on the album.
