    An addictive series, 2005-09-07
I can't believe this is a part of Adult Swim's line up but is only shown at 4 in the morning! If moved to an earlier time I think this series would start attracting more viewers. Case Closed is as addictive as Inuyasha and Samurai Champloo, but needs a fair chance! Don't let the cute bespectacled kid fool you, this is an adult show.
br /Cas Closed is about a young detective name Jimmy Kudo who, after stumbling upon two shady men conspiring, is knocked unconscious and given a serum that leaves him in the body of a little boy. His girlfriend, Rachel, a martial arts expert and a sucker for children, takes him in. Jimmy takes on the alias Conan (after Sir Arthur Conan Doyle) and goes about solving mysteries, all the while giving the credit to Rachel's bumbling detective father.
br /I noticed that there are several movies that go along with this series, and I hope that someday cartoon network will show those as well.

One truth will always prevail!, 2004-10-14
This is an incredibly addictive and fun series. The best part, what makes Conan appealing, is trying to guess who correct suspect, something the DVD adds in the the "Crack the Case" game. The new volume features 3 episodes that, like the ones on volume 2, haven't appeared on TV yet, and may not ever due to Cartoon Network reportedly getting low ratings, which is sad, because I enjoy this show MUCH more than Inuyasha. Anyway, the highlight in this features a murder at a game company, right when Conan finally finds a possible lead on the mysterious men in black who shrunk him. Any other info would be too much of a spoiler. And I would really suggest checking this one out. Other shows probably have way better storylines, drama, etc., but in terms of pure fun, Case Closed is one series I honestly feel is really hard to beat.
