A must buy, 2007-09-07
I listen to primarily hip hop and I happened to see him on CBS one morning. Eating my cereal and aimlessly watching the TV... Here Tolcher comes and performs a song that was so captivating that I went out and bought the CD. Guess what, the CD is excellent. It has a great blend of music. I say "music" because I will not put him in a box. I have listened to this CD so many times. I can't wait till his next album.

Finally something to listen to!!!, 2006-07-27
Before Dave Matthews sold his soul; it could be almost a religious experience seeing him perform. His live music would give me goosebumps. Michael Tolcher's performances (not his music, that is his own) remind me of seeing Dave back in the early days. br / br /I had the chance to hear Michael live and have 3 more events I am going to in the near future. Do yourself a favor and buy this CD and then catch a live show. br / br /The music and the lyrics are really fresh in their arrangement and meaningful in their delivery. br / br /Catch Michael on his way to stardom. br / br /bostonchef

Disappointing., 2005-10-04
The album cover alone should clearly suggest that this album is not good. The whole peace sign is cute, but a little lame if you ask me. br / br /I saw Michael Tolcher live, and it was a good concert. The album however, is not. Most of the songs on this irritate me ten seconds in, and there's not a single track here that is truly enjoyable. br / br /Michael Tolcher has ripped off bands on this album, and has even admitted to it during his live performance. Half way through the song Miracle, he started singing the words to the Four Non Blondes song "What's Going On?" The chord progression is exactly the same, as is the melody. br / br /If you're looking to discover a real musical treat, steer clear of Tolcher. Check out Stephen Kellogg and The Sixers, Matt Nathanson, Ari Hest, etc. for similar artists who are actually talented. br / br /Oh yeah, and I'm not thirteen.

Michael is Amazing!!!, 2005-09-25
I love this CD. Just saw Michael this weekend he was amazing. If you have a chance to see him in concert, take advantage. His music performace are a A++++++++. He is truly talented. I am now a huge fan, waiting eagerly for him to come back to my area.

One of my favorite artists..., 2005-09-24
I purchased this album after hearing Michael perform live for Gavin Degraw, and I'm happy to say I was not dissapointed. After listening to his record non stop, I have seen him perform numerous times live and he is the real deal. He is a lively individual who sings truly great songs, most notably 'Bad Habits' and 'Waiting'. It's only a matter of time before he hits it big, he is truly that talented.
