Editorial Review from Amazon.com:
In terms of his status as an IUndaground Legend/I, it's "Game Over" for Lil' Flip. Longtime fans of the Texas freestyle king won't find much to love about his third major-label solo release, which seems geared towards the ever-expanding "commercial rap" market. Presented as a two-CD affair but in actuality only minutes longer than a single disc, IFeel Me/I suffers from the usual flaws: played out subject matter (Flip and friends cock glocks and sling rocks ad nauseum), generically "hot" beats (c'mon, Imore/I slowed vocal samples from the Heatmakerz?), and guest appearances that smack of arranged marriages. That said, there's just enough talent shown here to make up for the filler: listeners will definitely be feeling the two tracks featuring David Banner while Red Spyda's production provides "Check (Let's Ride)" with an unexpectedly funky roots-reggae-meets-Southern-bounce sound. I--Rebecca Levine/I
