intelligent music, 2008-03-31
I had given up on music. Burned itself out with its money making. It was no longer about the music and its beautiful messages. It used to inspire me. Then came along- godspeed you black emporer- i had found renewed musical energies. Cd after cd they were always inspiring to me. Hrsta builds upon GYBE a new level of excellance. I am excited again to see who will build upon this music. Carry me into the next decade, I am ready and willing.

Simply haunting, 2007-10-05
I'd have to say that what the other reviewer wrote is an understatement. This is one of the best CDs in recent memory, at least in my opinion. I bought GYBE's CD "F# A#" purely on a lark and was blown away. I'd have to say this CD is even better than "F# A#". The female vocalist sounds a lot like Marianne Faithful. Her voice and the dream like accompanying music make this one of the most hauntingly beautiful CDs in my collection. I cannot say enough good things about this CD. Just buy it and enjoy.

Godspeed! Mike Moya!, 2004-08-27
This album is basically a solo album from Mike Moya from GYBE, although he has other members play on it. It is still very much in the vein of experimental post rock. Very Dreamy and beautiful music. "Lime Kiln" is a wonderful track. There aren't many words i can think of to describe this. Just do yourself a favor and buy this!! Its great!
