GREAT MUSIC, 2001-07-21
I HAVE AN OLD SLOAN,S RECORD NAMED SONGS OF OUR TIMES AND I THINK THAT IS A EXCELLENT WORK. THIS ALBUM, WITH THE GREAT SECRET AGENT MAN , SHOWS SLOAN IN A GOOD MOOD. I HOPE THAT ONE DAY THE FIRST TWO RECORDS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN CD FORM.

Good CD, a taste of P.F. Sloan today (well sort of)!, 1999-10-26
This is the newest release by 60s singer songwriter P.F. Sloan. This album is pretty good and is not a bad representation of what Sloan can do. However this album is very dated, not to the 1960s, but to the early 90s when it was originally recorded (1993). It didn't make its way to the US until 1997 however when Allthebest records picked it up. I am glad I finally got to hear the CD and most of the songs are great, but others sound too much like that period in music I didn't care for too much. I would recommend this for Sloan fans and anybody who wants a decent CD. I wish someone would release P.F.'s 1962 album "Raised on Records!" I would give that 5 stars! :)
