Purchased this textbook for class that began the first week of MAY. Seller was slow in shipping the textbook as I "fell through the cracks". I did receive the textbook however it arrived after class began...Good thing it wasn't required the first nite of class!

very comprehensive, 2009-05-09
this is well written and illustrated and easy to understand. i am also reading/taking a class on DHTI+ by MARCRAFT, and it has lot's of mistakes and not very well written. the labs are easy to understand and do. it goes great with it's corresponding text book.

Got this book in an A+ class and can't find answers to any of the questions easily in the book. This book rambles on forever and does not clearly state the answers needed for the questions at the end of each chapter. br / br /This book does not cover Vista, and Vista is on the A+ Certification test. br / br /I would not give this book any star rating if I could. br / br /
